Yuzu is a citrus fruit originating in China and is hybrid of a mandarin and a papeda (which is a bit like a lemon). This super-fragrant, zesty fruit is used extensively throughout Japanese cuisine to add zing or sour notes where needed.
Yuzu Kosho is a distinctively delicious spicy, salty, citrusy chilli paste, perfect for seasoning Ramen or Miso Soup dishes. It is also awesome spooned onto meat, fish or veggies prior to grilling and works brilliantly as a condiment aside sushi and sashimi.
